High performance diaphragm valve with threaded ports. RCA15T is a remotely pilot pulse diaphragm valve. It's right angle structure, easy for fix in the dust collector.

Note: Diaphragm valve itself is not a structural component. Do not rely on valve to retain tanks or pipe.
Installation
1. Prepare supply and blow tube pipes to suit valve specification. Avoid installing
valves underneath the tank. Avoid installing valves underneath the tank
2. Ensure tank and pipes avoid dirt, rust or other particulate.
3. Make sure air source is clean and dry.
4, When our diaphragm valves fix with the baghouse, ensuring no granular garbage enter the valve itself. Keep clear in the valve and pipe. especially the inlet port keep clean. This is so important to make sure valve working without problems.
5. Make electrical connections from solenoid to the controller or connect RCA pilot port to pilot valve
6. Apply moderate pressure to system and check for installation leaks.
7. Fully pressurise system
Remote pilot control diaphragm valve - 1/2 inch port size
A remote pilot controlled pulse valve is a special type of valve used in pneumatic systems to control the operation of a pulse jet dust collector or bag dust collector. In a pulse jet dust collector, the purpose is to clean the filter bags by periodically releasing short pulses or pulses of compressed air to remove accumulated dust. This cleaning process helps maintain the dust collector's filtration efficiency. The remote pilot control pulse valve is an important part of the system. It usually consists of a diaphragm, valve seat and solenoid pilot valve. The pilot valve receives a control signal from a remote control device such as a control panel or programmable logic controller (PLC). When the control signal is received, the solenoid pilot valve opens, allowing the compressed air from the main air source to flow into the diaphragm chamber. This air pressure overcomes the spring force and lifts the diaphragm, then the valve open. As a result, high-pressure pulses of compressed air are released into the filter bag. Once the control signal fails, the pilot valve closes and the diaphragm is pushed back by the spring force, closing the valve seat and stopping the air flow.

RCA-15T 1/2" T series threaded valve diaphragm maintenance kits(First class quality diaphragm with imported rubber and made in China)
Diaphragm maintenance kits inspection should be conducted annually.
Good quality imported diaphragm shall be selected and used for all the valves, with each part checked in each manufacturing procedure, and put into the assembly line conforming to all the procedures. Ever finished valve shall be taken blowing test.
